Selena Gomez has been rushed to hospital after appearing on a US chat show.
Justin Bieber's girlfriend is suffering from nausea with a severe headache and doctors are now trying to determine the cause of her condition.
'Last night after Selena's appearance on The Tonight Show she wasn't feeling well and was taken to the hospital,' a spokesman for the 18-year-old Disney star has confirmed.
'She is currently undergoing routine tests.'
Selena is loved-up with Justin, 17, and both their mums approve of their relationship.
The young couple have just returned from a holiday in Maui - where they were snapped wrapped around each other in the sea.
Insiders tell Now that Justin plans to ask Selena to marry him.
'He's not in any rush to head down the aisle,' our insider reveals, 'but it's her 19th birthday in July and he's planning to propose to her at a birthday party he's organising for her.'
