Steven Seagal runs like a girl? John Leguizamo will show you how

Steven Seagal runs like a girl? John Leguizamo thinks so. The actor does an arms-flailing impression of the former action star in his one-man show "Ghetto Klown," and at Tuesday's opening-night party at Top of the Standard, Leguizamo told us Seagal is "not cool" with it.But he said he wasn't too worried about Seagal exacting retribution because, given his feminine form, he'd have a hard time catching Leguizamo- who must be fast, given all the people he mocks in the show. Speaking of which, Leguizamo says he's heard Sean Penn "is cool" with the tweaking he gets, but Patrick Swayze was not. Swayze "wrote about" his issues with his "To Wong Foo" co-star in the autobiography "Time of My Life" before his death.

Shaq's pre-game lifting

Forget that Michael Jordan "I Believe I Can Fly" stuff. When you're hanging with Shaquille O'Neal, laws of gravity do not apply. While the cast of "Stomp" rehearsed backstage at Madison Square Garden for a halftime show at Monday's Knicks-Celtics game, Aubrey Mills, 4, and Jackson Alexander, 3, waited for their performing parents while playing in a nearby dressing room. Their noise drew O'Neal, who asked the boys if they wanted to "run on the ceiling." Aubrey took the bait, prompting O'Neal to hold the tyke upside down, plant his feet on the floor above and tell him, "Run!" Shaq then gave Jackson a taste of the air up there by gently standing him atop Aubrey's shoulders.

So much for that

La La Vasquez brushed off media reports that her husband, new Knick Carmelo Anthony, has an 11-month love child here. "That story is laughable," she told Power 105.1's "Breakfast Club" Wednesday. She said if it were true, "you wouldn't see me smiling and having a good time right now."

Bringing down the house

Randy Jackson was 20 minutes late for his reservation at the Old Homestead Steakhouse on Saturday night, but it wasn't his fault. That's how long it took the "American Idol" judge to make the usually 20-second walk from the restaurant's front door to his table. A source at the Meatpacking District eatery tells us that when word spread Jackson was in the house, diners bolted from tables to get a glimpse of him. Two even made futile attempts to audition for his show, but couldn't get close enough. Jackson and two companions dined on porterhouse steaks, filet mignon and shrimp. Before leaving, he gave the place his signature blessing, declaring: "Yo, this place is hot." Good thing he didn't say the restaurant was "pitchy."

Tennis ain't his game

Penn Badgley should have consulted tennis pros Maria Sharapova and Venus Williams at the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play launch party in Miami on Tuesday night. The "Gossip Girl" stud was overheard telling partygoers in the VIP section of the Paris Theatre that he wasn't too hot on the court despite being named for the Penn brand of tennis balls by his father, who loves the game. We hear Badgley was much prouder of his high score on a Bruce Lee video game on his smartphone. Makes us want to give him a new nickname: "Gossip Geek."

Repeat after us

Ted Conklin is not selling the American Hotel in Sag Harbor. But the two adjacent houses he owns on nearby Division St. have gone into contract with, he confirms, a couple that plans to develop "an extraordinary family compound." Conklin, who lives in Palm Beach with new wife Carol Simmons, says he misses Sag Harbor "terribly" but is in daily contact with the staff there. He says a two-year exterior restoration of the landmark hotel is almost done and a "major upgrade" of rooms will follow. "I've been steward of the hotel for only 40 years, so I am starting to think long-term," he writes, adding that Sag Harbor is "the center of the universe."
