Say whaaaat??? Say it ain't so, Alan Ball. Say it ain't so!!!
We don't mean to put a damper on things for all you True Blood fans out there, but it sounds like that series may be coming to an end after its fifth season. Alan Ball, creator of the True Blood series, revealed that he is in negotiations for the fifth season of the show, but after that, it's status is unknown. He explains:
?I don?t know if I have any left in me after that. We?ll see .. I think if we did 13 seasons we?d have to address why vampires are aging. Maybe there would be a bad batch of Tru Blood. ? With the supernatural thing you can always go places storywise that you couldn?t go on another show.?
Um, sounds plausible to us! This is a supernatural show, after all. You can pretty much make it up as you go along!
Okay, no. We agree that it shouldn't go on that long, but five seasons jus doesn't seem enough! Let's split the difference and say nine seasons. How's that?
